Precautions before use:
1. If the instrument has not been used for a long time and is reused, it should be charged and discharged at low voltage first, and the voltage should be gradually increased until the rated value. When the instrument is used, it should be powered on and preheated for 10-15 minutes, set the data, and perform several charging and discharging operations before the import operation can be formally performed.
2. There is high voltage and high current in the output cable and terminal block of the instrument during discharge. Therefore, when using it, avoid contact with and approach to the human body, conductors (such as liquids) or electrical appliances that are easily disturbed.
3. There is high voltage (2500V) in the instrument. Non-professionals should not open it for maintenance. If there is any fault, please contact the relevant technical personnel of our unit.
4. In the experiment, if arc light occurs in the molten pool and the solution bursts out, it means that the voltage setting is too high or the capacitance is too large, and the setting values of the voltage and capacitance should be reduced accordingly.
