Portable Kinematic Viscometer
Portable Viscometer Features:
1. High measurement accuracy. The measurement accuracy is highly consistent with the large-scale laboratory equipment, while providing the kinematic viscosity of the oil at 40°C (measured value) and 100°C (calculated value).
2. Multi-point calibration: use standard oil to accurately calibrate a specific viscosity range, effectively improving the detection accuracy of oil of various viscosity grades
3. No solvent required. To clean the sample cell, simply open the sample cell and wipe the surface with a soft cleaning tissue. The cleaning process does not require any solvent, less waste and more environmentally friendly.
4. High precision sensor control. During the measurement process, the temperature of the two panels of the sample cell is kept constant at 40°C, and the flow rate of the oil is detected and calculated by a high-precision infrared sensor to ensure high accuracy of the measurement results.
5. Very little oil sample is required. The user only needs to inject a few drops (about 60ul) of oil into the capillary with a disposable pipette to complete the entire analysis process.
6. User-friendly interface. The touch screen and its operation prompts assist in completing the entire measurement process, and support Chinese interface.
The portable viscometer of the oil is a concentrated expression of its aging and contamination state; the kinematic viscosity of each oil has a strict definition and control range; more importantly, the kinematic viscosity directly affects the oil film thickness of the lubricating oil ( Lubrication performance and lubrication state). Through the detection of kinematic viscosity, the aging, contamination, mixed use and other phenomena of the oil can be preliminarily identified. The portable viscometer adopts a patented opening and closing type. The capillary viscosity tube technology enables users to accurately analyze the kinematic viscosity of the oil on site. The whole process requires no solvent, less waste, and is more environmentally friendly.
