Case

Experimental steps:

1, add the seaweed to a 2ml centrifuge tube

2, add 4 grinding beads (or equal volume of quartz sand), set the frequency to 65hz, and grind for 60s to obtain a completely homogenized sample.

3, take out the sample for subsequent experiments
