Reason: The daily maintenance of the water cycle was mentioned earlier, and this problem is also related to it. We all know that there are very few impurities in the water, even if distilled water is added to the water tank, it is impossible to completely guarantee that there are no impurities at all. For water circulation, the temperature is generally set at 20°C, which is especially suitable for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms. After a long time, these microorganisms will block the filter of the waterway, causing the backwater to be blocked, and the pump will make a lot of noise. Sometimes these microorganisms attach to the surface of the heat exchanger, causing the heat transfer effect of the heat exchanger to deteriorate and the cooling capacity to decrease. Therefore, it is necessary to do daily maintenance in strict accordance with the requirements in the manual, clean the inner tank regularly, stop it for a long time, and keep the tank dry. There seems to be a leak in the water cycle. Sometimes there are a few drops on the ground in a while. Is there a leak somewhere on the waterway? Generally speaking, in the process of normal use, there will be no leakage in the waterway. When the ambient temperature is relatively high and the relative humidity in the air is too high, dew is easy to condense on the water pump, water pipe joints, and external water pipes in the water circuit of the water circulation. Leaky places. If you are concerned about this, turn on the air conditioner to lower the room temperature or dehumidify to avoid dew.

The water circulation in the low temperature thermostat has been used for more than a year, but the cooling speed seems to be getting slower and slower now, and it is more obvious when the temperature is higher?

Reason: The water cycle is very simple to use, but regular maintenance work cannot be ignored. There are many faults that seem to be faults, which are actually caused by the lack of regular maintenance. The electric power of the water cycle itself and the heat taken by the refrigerant from the load need to be removed from the radiator at the front ventilation hood. If the front ventilation hood is full of dust and willow cotton, it will hinder the dissipation of these heat, and the cooling effect will be reduced. Great discount. Generally speaking, the decrease in cooling capacity under normal use conditions is caused by poor ventilation and heat dissipation or too high ambient temperature.

Low temperature thermostat specific precautions:

1. The selection of the liquid medium in the low temperature constant temperature tank should meet the following principles:

When the working temperature is between 5 and 85 °C, the liquid medium is generally water;

When the working temperature is between 85 and 95 °C, the liquid medium can be selected from 15% glycerol aqueous solution;

When the working temperature is higher than 95℃, oil is generally used as the liquid medium, and the open cup flash point of the selected oil should be higher than the working temperature by more than 50℃;

Note: The working temperature here refers to the temperature to be reached by the liquid medium in the tank;

2. Use a low temperature tank - add liquid medium to the front tank of the low temperature constant temperature tank, and the liquid level of the medium should be about 30mm lower than the worktable, otherwise the heater will be damaged when it is powered on;

3. Power supply: 220V50Hz, the power of the power supply should be greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good "grounding" device;

4. When the working temperature of the constant temperature tank is high, you should be careful not to open the upper cover, and do not enter the tank with your hands to prevent burns;

5. After use, all switches are turned off and the power is cut off;

The instrument should be cleaned regularly to keep the work surface and operation panel clean and tidy;

Always pay attention to observe the liquid level in the tank. When the liquid level is too low, liquid medium should be added in time;

Considering the safety factor, we stipulate that the constant temperature bath above 100℃ should be made into internal circulation. If the external circulation is changed according to the customer's requirements, the customer should pay special attention to the firmness of the connection of the outlet pipe to prevent it from falling off to avoid burns.

6. The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, and there are no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument
