     In the process of using the ultrasonic cleaning machine, it is inevitable that failures will occur and need to be repaired, so we must master some maintenance knowledge about the ultrasonic cleaning machine. Taking the transducer in the ultrasonic cleaning machine as an example, its frequent problems are damp, vibrator ignition, degumming, perforation of the vibrating surface, etc. How to deal with this?

     Generally, use a megohmmeter to check the plug connected to the ultrasonic cleaning machine transducer, and check the insulation resistance value between the positive and negative electrodes of the transducer. Generally, the insulation resistance is required to be greater than 30 megohms. If the insulation resistance value cannot be reached, it is likely that the transducer is damp.

     The maintenance method is to put the whole transducer in the ultrasonic cleaning machine, of course not including the plastic shell, put it in the oven to set about 100 ℃, dry it for three hours or use a hair dryer to dehumidify until the resistance value is normal So far, the device can return to normal working condition.

     If the transducer vibrator in the ultrasonic cleaning machine ignites and the ceramic material is broken, you can use the naked eye and a megohmmeter to check when repairing. Generally, as an emergency measure, individual damaged transducers can be disconnected without affecting the normal use of other transducers.

     We know that most manufacturers use adhesive to fix the transducer of the ultrasonic cleaning machine, but the ultrasonic cleaning machine will degumming due to vibration after long-term use. There are also manufacturers who use the method of gluing and screwing. Generally, there will be no degumming. Due to the action of the screws, the vibrator will not fall off the vibration surface after degumming. The general judgment method is to gently shake the tail of the vibrator by hand and carefully observe the vibration. Make a judgment on the glue condition of the surface.

     When the vibrator in the transducer of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is degummed, the output power of the ultrasonic power supply is normal, but due to the poor connection between the vibrator and the vibrating surface, the vibration effect of the vibrating surface is not good. After a long time, due to the energy If it cannot be released, it is likely to burn out the vibrator. In this case, the device can only be sent back to the manufacturer for maintenance, and at the same time, be careful not to hit the vibration surface during normal use.

     Generally, ultrasonic transducers may be perforated on the vibrating surface after being used at full load for several years. This is due to the long-term high-frequency vibration fatigue of the stainless steel plate on the vibrating surface. The perforation on the vibrating surface indicates that the transducer The service life has reached the end of the maintenance and can only be replaced.
