Three Different Pressure Washing Methods for Ultrasonic Cleaners

       For the entire ultrasonic cleaning machine, the impact kinetic energy of the cleaning fluid used is one of the determinants of the flushing effect. If the flushing pressure is distinguished, the pressure flushing in the ultrasonic cleaning machine can be divided into three types: high pressure, external pressure and low pressure.

       In general, if the washing pressure of the ultrasonic cleaning machine can reach more than 1 MPa, it can be defined as high-pressure washing, which mainly relies on the impact energy of the high-pressure water column to remove dirt. Due to the large impact energy, general dirt is not a problem for it, and even dead corners, blind holes and inner cavities can be washed clean.

       The commonly used high-pressure flushing pressure of ultrasonic cleaning machines is roughly 1.5-2.0 MPa. Under such pressure, not only the cleaning effect is good, but also good economy can be shown. But the high-pressure washing pressure of foreign ultrasonic cleaners is more than that, which can reach about 5 MPa.

       Derusting of ships and removal of marine organisms adhering to the outside of the hull; cleaning of bogies and car bottoms in the repair of railway rolling stock are all carried out by this high-pressure washing method, and obtained ideal effect. However, it must be pointed out that when the ultrasonic cleaning machine is high-pressure washed, the high-pressure liquid column has a harmful effect on the human body in a short distance, so pay attention to safety.

       Pressure flushing with flushing pressure in the range of 300-1000 kPa is external pressure flushing, and its cleaning effect is also relatively good. requirements are not high. At present, the pressure cleaning of diesel locomotive parts adopts external pressure cleaning.

       There is also a low-pressure flushing with lower pressure, the flushing pressure is below 300 kPa. In this case, the impact energy of the liquid column of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is small, so it can only be used for cleaning with a light degree of dirt components.
