1. Check the supply voltage:

The machine is powered by 220V±5% AC voltage (frequency is 50Hz), and the power socket is located at the bottom left of the rear panel of the instrument. Note the color of the power supply.

WARNING: To avoid lightning strikes and use safely, use grounding. When replacing the fuse, please unplug the power plug first.

2. Instrument working environment

The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated place to work, and the normal working temperature range is 0℃ to 40℃.

3. Install

·Connect the power cord, transducer and temperature probe according to each socket.

· Insert the transducer into the soundproof box, select the container according to the sample size, pour the sample and put it on the lifting table in the soundproof box. Adjust the height of the lifting platform so that the end of the horn is inserted into the sample liquid level by 10-15mm and it is located in the center of the container. The horn and the container cannot touch the wall, and the end face of the horn and the bottom of the container should be greater than 4cm (on the contrary, when the ultrasonic power is large, it will cause no load), so that the crushing effect is better, and the container is recommended to use a slender container. When the volume is small, the ultrasonic power should be turned on a little smaller (the insertion depth of the end of the horn is 8-10mm, but it must not be in contact with the bottom of the container)
