1. How many samples can your company grind at the same time?
According to the weight of the sample itself, different properties and adapters, the number of samples to be processed simultaneously is different; a general sample (about 100mg) can be processed simultaneously 48 samples, and a maximum of 96*2 samples can be processed simultaneously
2. What is the maximum volume for each sample to be processed?
At present, when the customer needs to process a large number of samples, the standard adapter can handle 4*50ml; according to the special requirements of the customer, the product can be customized, and the maximum can be 200ml or 8*50ml
3. Low temperature treatment is required, is it feasible?
Three options are available: 1) The special adapter for the freezing of our company's products, and at the same time using the matching liquid nitrogen cryogenic grinding centrifuge tube (economical and affordable), it is very convenient for customers to cryogenically freeze the samples in liquid nitrogen, and then carry out the follow-up. Grinding, after such treatment, the grinding effect is more uniform and finer than manual grinding with liquid nitrogen; 2) It adopts an integrated imported compressor for refrigeration, and the temperature is independently adjusted from minus 30 to minus 37 °C, fully automatic Refrigeration and grinding integrated machine is easy to operate and does not require additional liquid nitrogen tanks; 3) Automatic multi-sample liquid nitrogen cryogenic grinding has also been launched. This product can achieve the purpose of cryogenic liquid nitrogen grinding with just one key operation.
4. Can the intractable samples such as skin, fat and bone also be processed by the grinder?
After repeated tests by our company's technicians, we have concluded a set of processing methods for special samples, allowing customers to easily solve the difficult problems of a large number of difficult samples in the test.
