1. If the screen material of the vibrating screen machine is not good and the mesh cloth is poor, it will not meet the requirements in use, and it is easy to wear and damage. 8. The screen generally has an upper screen layer and a lower force layer, which requires close contact between the two layers. If the pre-tensioning process of the screen is poor, when the force layer at the bottom of the screen is tight, the screen will be screened. The layer is not tensioned, and the distance between the upper and lower vibrations of the screen is too large when the screen machine is working, and the contact part with the screen frame cannot be effectively pressed, which is also one of the reasons for the rapid damage of the screen.
