1 When the ultrasonic vibrator is damp, you can use a megohmmeter to check the plug connected to the transducer, and check the insulation resistance value to judge the basic situation. Generally, the insulation resistance is required to be greater than 5 megohms. If the insulation resistance value cannot be reached, generally the transducer is damp. You can put the whole transducer (excluding the plastic-sprayed shell) into the oven and set it to dry at about 100℃ for 3 hours or use a hair dryer to remove moisture to the resistance value. until normal.

2 The transducer vibrator ignites and the ceramic material is broken. It can be checked with the naked eye and a megohmmeter. Generally, as an emergency measure, individual damaged vibrators can be disconnected without affecting the normal use of other vibrators.

3. The vibrator is degummed. Our transducer adopts the double-guaranteed process of gluing and screw tightening, which does not occur under normal circumstances.

(1) The ultrasonic transducer is damp. Generally, the insulation resistance is required to be greater than 30 megohms. If this insulation resistance value is not reached, it is likely that the transducer is damp. The maintenance method is to put the whole transducer (excluding the plastic-sprayed casing) into the oven and set it to about 100 ℃, and dry it for three hours or use a hair dryer to remove moisture until the resistance value is normal. The transducer vibrator ignited and the ceramic material shattered. Maintenance can be combined with the naked eye and megohmmeter inspection. Generally, as an emergency measure, individual damaged transducers can be disconnected without affecting the normal use of other transducers.

(2) The transducer is degummed. We know that most manufacturers use glue to fix the transducer, but after long-term use of the ultrasonic cleaner, there will be degumming due to vibration. There are also manufacturers who use the method of gluing and screwing. Generally, there will be no degumming. Due to the action of the screws, the vibrator will not fall off the vibration surface after degumming. The general judgment method is to gently shake the tail of the vibrator by hand and carefully observe the vibration. Make a judgment on the glue condition of the surface.

(3) Generally, after the vibrator is degummed, the output power of the ultrasonic power supply is normal, but due to the poor connection between the vibrator and the vibrating surface, the vibration effect of the vibrating surface is not good. After a long time, because the energy cannot be released, it is likely to burn the vibrator. The degumming of the vibrator is more troublesome for users to maintain. Generally, it can only be sent back to the manufacturer for maintenance. The most effective way to prevent the vibrator from degumming is to pay attention not to hit the vibrating surface during normal use.

⑷ The vibration surface is perforated. Generally, the perforation of the vibration surface may occur after several years of full-load use of the ultrasonic transducer. This is due to the long-term high-frequency vibration fatigue of the stainless steel plate of the vibration surface. The perforation of the vibration surface indicates that the service life of the transducer has reached. Generally, only replacement is required for maintenance.

3) The common problems of ultrasonic cleaning machine generators are:

(1) Turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic cleaner, and the indicator light does not light up. In this case, it is necessary to check whether the power switch is in good condition and whether the leakage switch is closed during maintenance. If the switch is intact and then check whether the fuse is overloaded and blown, it can basically be solved.

(2) After the ultrasonic cleaning machine turns on the power switch, the indicator light is on, but there is no ultrasonic output. This situation is more complicated. During maintenance, first check whether the connection plug between the transducer and the ultrasonic power board is loose, and then check whether the fuse is blown. If everything is normal, it may be an internal fault of the ultrasonic power generator. Use a multimeter to check the open wire of the power cord to see if the live wire is connected. After eliminating the generator failure, check whether the ultrasonic transducer is burnt out and whether it needs to be replaced.

(3) The DC fuse of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is blown. It may be that the rectifier bridge stack or the power tube is burnt, or the transducer is aging and the current is unstable, which may cause the power generator to fail. Pay more attention when servicing.
