Open the upper cover of the whole machine, unscrew the two guide screws, inject lubricating oil into it, and then screw the two guide screws in, otherwise the bearing sleeve will not be lubricated flexibly, and the adjustment handwheel will not be able to adjust the gap between the two grinding discs. Close the cover. When it is necessary to replace the movable grinding disc, use a wrench to loosen the three screws that fix the moving grinding disc.

2. Use of vibrating disc grinder:

Open the plug on the movable grinding cover, loosen the wing nut, and adjust the handwheel. Seen from the plug hole, the gap between the two grinding discs should not be too large, but if it is too tight, it will also cause difficulty in starting. Tighten the wing nut, plug the plug, add the material from the feeding port of the movable grinding cover, and turn on the power to work. If it is found that the discharge particle size does not meet the requirements, the handwheel should be adjusted until the requirements are met. When working, both wing nuts must be locked, otherwise the use will be affected. At the end of the work, cut off the power supply and take out the material from the blanking box.
