1. Ultrasonic cleaner installation


Please refer to the installation manual of the ultrasonic cleaning machine to connect the temperature control sensor signal line, ultrasonic drive line, heater control line and other lines between the electric control cabinet of the cleaning machine and the host, and connect the 380VAC power supply, and install the water supply pipe and water discharge pipe of the cleaning machine. with overflow drain.


2. Ultrasonic cleaner with water


Add an appropriate amount of clean water to the cleaning pool, and the height of the liquid level is subject to the immersion of the parts to be cleaned, generally not more than three-quarters of the cleaning pool.


3. Ultrasonic cleaning machine heating


Turn on the electric control heating switch, and point the white scale line on the water temperature adjustment knob to the appropriate temperature (should be about 60°C). During the use of the cleaning machine, the maximum temperature of the cleaning machine should not exceed 70 °C.


4. Add cleaning agent to ultrasonic cleaner


When the water temperature rises to about 40°C, add the UC-O3 parts cleaning agent into the cleaning tank (usually about 5kg at a time), and slowly stir the clean water to fully dissolve it (you can also start the vibrating wave or open the air blowing device at this time. stirring).


5. Ultrasonic cleaning machine pretreatment


Before cleaning, it is advisable to use a bamboo knife to clean the dirt on the surface of the parts (for example, there will be a lot of dust on the outer surface of the dust cover, and the parts of the cylinder block will accumulate a lot of thick and easy-to-remove sludge where the curve of the casing changes) simply clean. to extend the life of the cleaning fluid. Ultrasonic can carry out precise cleaning, but its ability to treat mud-like dirt is weak, so in pretreatment, yellow mud or thin mud-like dirt should be removed as much as possible.


6. Ultrasonic cleaning machine parts placement


Place the parts in the reinforced material basket and gently put them into the cleaning pool. When there are many parts put in at one time, try to make them evenly distributed in the material basket without overlapping.


7. The ultrasonic cleaner is turned on


When the ultrasonic cleaning machine is working normally, the ultrasonic waves are emitted from three directions at the same time. Press the side to start the ultrasonic wave, and the ultrasonic waves on both sides are started. Rotate the power adjustment knob to the right and press the side to start the ultrasonic wave. And turn it to the appropriate power, at this time the LEO display shows the current bottom ultrasonic working power value.


8. Ultrasonic Cleaner Shutdown


If you want to stop during the cleaning process, you should first adjust the power knob to the minimum. Press again to stop the bottom ultrasound. The cleaning time depends on the condition of the cleaning surface.


9. Ultrasonic cleaner overflow


If there is too much oil on the surface of the cleaning pool. The overflow device of the cleaning machine should be opened to remove it to prevent secondary pollution of the cleaned workpiece. The specific operations are as follows: open the overflow discharge valve, and inject water or cleaning solution into the cleaning tank until the cleaning solution begins to overflow (it is recommended to use a scraper-like appliance to cut the oil slick toward the overflow port to promote its rapid outflow), Keep the overflow drain valve closed to prevent ground contamination from accidental overflow.


10. Ultrasonic cleaning machine post-processing


Take out the cleaned parts, use compressed air to completely blow out the residual cleaning solution in each hole, and dry the surface (it is recommended to use a dust blowing gun with an air compressor). If possible, it is best to configure a pool near the washing machine. for rinsing the removed parts.


11. Treatment of ultrasonic cleaning machine cleaning agent


When the cleaning machine washes too many parts, the content of sludge in the cleaning agent will be quite high, coupled with the emulsification effect of ultrasonic waves. The cleaning agent will weaken the cavitation ability because it is too dirty and sticky, and it is not suitable to continue to use it. It is recommended that users configure a water storage bucket to be used in conjunction with the cleaning machine to deposit the dirty cleaning agent for recycling to reduce costs.


12. The auxiliary function of ultrasonic cleaning machine immersion


Many parts, such as cylinder heads, pistons, connecting rods, turbochargers, intake and exhaust manifolds, etc. have carbon deposits on these parts. Some are light and easy to clean, but some are heavy In this case, the necessary soaking and softening process of the workpiece will achieve better cleaning results.
