The constant temperature metal bath adopts a microcomputer-controlled constant temperature metal bath device, which has high temperature control precision and good parallelism of sample preparation. Protein denaturation, PCR reaction, electrophoresis pre-denaturation and serum coagulation are widely used in medicine, chemical industry, food safety, quality inspection, environment, etc.

Compared with the traditional constant temperature water bath, the constant temperature metal bath uses water as the medium and is heated by electricity to make the medium water reach an ideal constant temperature for constant temperature; the constant temperature metal bath is made of semiconductor material, through The electric heating form achieves constant temperature effect; the two have a certain change in the heat conduction mode. However, the constant temperature metal bath is more constant than the water bath, and the dosage is small, but the heating and cooling effect is fast, and it is satisfied with some constant temperature experiments of rapid heating or cooling, such as the preservation of some samples, the preservation and reaction of various enzymes, and the deformation treatment of nucleic acids and proteins , PCR reaction, pre-denaturation of electrophoresis and the selection of equipment for serum coagulation experiments.

In order to ensure the stability and high efficiency of the constant temperature metal bath in use, users should pay attention to the following operations:

1. In the process of setting a new temperature, the digital display thermostatic metal bath system still operates according to the last set temperature value, until the SV window stops flashing numbers.


2. Before and after each use, the cone hole of the module must be cleaned with a cotton swab dipped in distilled water to ensure that the test tube is in full contact with the cone hole wall.


3. If it is used in the experimental operation at a constant temperature of 4 °C for more than 4 hours, the condensed water of the module must be removed. The method is: unplug the power plug to cut off the power supply, then unscrew the two black knobs on the module, take out the module, remove the condensed water on each contact surface with a soft cloth, and then install and reset the module.

4. If the difference between the displayed temperature and the temperature measured by a third party is more than 0.1℃, please contact the custodian of the machine for temperature error correction.
