1. Material: Studio material: mirror stainless steel plate; shell: electrostatic powder coating on the surface of cold-rolled steel plate.
2. Insulation layer: the domestic first, high-performance insulation structure. There are inner cavity, inner shell, ultra-fine glass fiber and air interlayer from inside to outside, and the heat loss of the inner tank is small. The unique mechanism of the inner tank, the outer box and the door tank greatly reduces the heat transfer of the inner cavity.
3. The internal structure of the box: the inner tank is made of stainless steel, and the semi-circular four-corner design makes cleaning more convenient; the shelf in the workroom can be adjusted arbitrarily in height and number of shelves according to the user's requirements.
4. Outer box structure: It adopts the first streamlined arc design in China, the shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed.
5. Temperature control instrument: The comprehensive electromagnetic compatibility design and humanized menu design make the equipment operation completely foolish and the temperature control effect is excellent. High-brightness and wide-window LCD display, the indication value is clear and intuitive. Microcomputer intelligent control, after setting the temperature and time, the instrument controls the heating power by itself, and displays the heating status, and the temperature control is accurate and stable. Over temperature alarm and automatically cut off the heating power. There is a timing function, and the timing time is up to 9999 minutes.
6. Double-layer door structure: open the box door, the studio is equipped with a glass-sealed door to observe the situation in the studio; the use of nano-material door seals and thermal insulation materials makes the performance of the whole machine more superior.
7. Double temperature insurance device: The temperature controller has an over-temperature alarm device and the over-temperature will immediately cut off the heating system, while in the working room. There are temperature safety devices to ensure the safety of the culture in the work room. (optional)
