Thermostatic bath temperature control technology

The constant temperature bath requires precise temperature control of the temperature of the liquid in the bath (the temperature control accuracy is 0.1 ℃ or even 0.01 ℃). The most commonly used method is to use resistance wire heating and compressor refrigeration, supplemented by PID microcomputer self-tuning precise temperature control method, to stabilize the temperature of the constant temperature tank at the required set temperature.

The   The controller uses a special noise suppression circuit, so it can detect the slight resistance change required for a high-stability thermostatic bath. An AC bridge is used inside the instrument to measure temperature to reduce thermoelectric potential. Custom, high precision, low temperature coefficient resistors ensure short- and long-term stability of the temperature set point.

Advanced filtering technology overcomes power noise interference and stray electromagnetic and radio interference. Proportional-integral control is used to control the power supplied to the bath heater, and precise factory tuning virtually eliminates the effects of overshoot, allowing the bath to quickly reach its highest temperature stability after reaching the temperature set point. A key factor in the superior performance of the bath is our hot port technology. It installs the cooling coil and the heater on the side of the stainless steel cylinder of the constant temperature tank in a sandwich shape. The bottom of the steel cylinder becomes the heat exchange port, and most of the heat enters and exits the constant temperature tank through this port. Good insulation around the steel cylinder minimises heat leakage.
