It stretches and elastically deforms with the alternating voltage at a frequency of 18-21KHz, and the transducer then vibrates longitudinally. The vibration wave produces a cavitation effect through the titanium alloy horn immersed in the biological solution, which excites the biological particles in the medium to vibrate violently.

Notice

1, remember to empty super. This is very important. There is such a case that the air supersonication was started without inserting the horn of the ultrasonic crusher into the sample. After a few seconds of air supercharging, the noise of the ultrasonic crusher became louder during subsequent use. Remember to empty the ultrasonic breaker, the longer the empty ultra, the greater the damage to the instrument.


2. The horn (ultrasonic probe) of the ultrasonic crusher enters the water depth: about 1.5cm, and the liquid level is above 30mm. The probe should be centered and not attached to the wall. Ultrasound is a vertical longitudinal wave, and it is not easy to form convection if it is inserted too deep, which affects the crushing efficiency.


3. Ultrasonic crushing parameter equipment: Please refer to the instruction manual for this point, and set the working parameters of the instrument, mainly the parameters of time, the parameters of ultrasonic power, and the selection of containers.


Time requirements: The ultrasonic time should not be too long each time, not more than 5 seconds, and the interval time should be greater than or equal to the ultrasonic time, which is good for heat dissipation.

Power requirements: should not be too large, too large will cause the sample to splash or foam. Container selection: as many beakers as there are samples, it is also beneficial for the samples to convect in ultrasound and improve the crushing efficiency.


4. In daily maintenance, scrub the probe with alcohol or perform ultrasound with water after use.
