Aseptic homogenizer, also known as beating homogenizer, beating homogenizer. It is mainly used for tissue dispersion in the biotechnology field, sample preparation in the pharmaceutical field, enzyme treatment in the food industry, and in the pharmaceutical industry, cosmetic industry, paint industry and petrochemical industry.



The device is equipped with a fully open glass transparent window door, which is easy to clean, and the glass transparent window is easy to observe. Using a large touch screen display operation, the working time and homogenization speed are intelligently adjustable, and the slapper can also adjust the front and rear distance arbitrarily. It can effectively separate the surface of the experimental sample and the homogeneous sample of microorganisms contained in it. The sample is isolated and operated by a disposable sterile homogeneous filter bag to ensure hygiene and safety, no contact with the instrument, no sample leakage and no need for system cleaning. It has the characteristics of convenience and rapidity, accurate results, soft homogenization, no pollution, no damage, no heating, no need for sterilization, no need to wash utensils, and good repeatability. This product is also suitable for the homogenization of tumor tissues (such as colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer), and a large number of single cells can be obtained. If necessary, the tissue cells can be softly disrupted by extending the homogenization time.

The sterile homogenizer makes the process of extracting bacteria from solid samples very simple, just add the sample and diluent to a sterile sample bag, and then put the sample bag into the slap-type homogenizer. Processing of samples can be completed. Efficient separation of homogeneous samples of microorganisms contained in and on solid samples, ensuring that the entire sample is mixed in a sterile bag. The treated sample solution can be directly sampled and analyzed without the risk of sample variation and cross-contamination. Application areas: food microbial analysis; homogenization of animal tissues, biological samples, cosmetics; fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, biscuits; microbial analysis of drugs, etc.

When using a sterile homogenizer, there are eight points to pay attention to. Treating these problems correctly can make the homogenizer better serve you.

1) If the sterile homogenizer is not used for a long time, the switching power supply should be disconnected and the power plug should be removed. Avoid aging of the electronics inside the sterile homogenizer.

2) Please do not open the door of the sterile homogenizer casually during the work of beating the plate to prevent the overflow of the sample solution. It should be built according to "Open/Stop", and the machine equipment will stop running automatically. When the door of the aseptic homogenizer is closed, press the "Open/Stop" button again, and the machine will automatically perform the rest of the work. Don't mess with the actual operation!

3), the power cord must be plugged in in time, the looseness will endanger the control panel on the computer and cause the sterile homogenizer to be stuck. If it is stuck, please turn off the back power switch, and restart after 3 minutes of standby.

4) The bottom end of the aseptic homogenizer door is designed to be empty to avoid accidental cracking of the homogenizer bag and to clean up spills. Therefore, when the sterile homogenizer is running, do not force it in from the bottom end to prevent the tattoo from hurting the fingers. It is absolutely unnecessary to open the door of the aseptic homogenizer when the aseptic homogenizer is in operation, resulting in unnecessary damage.

5) Before running the equipment, please carefully check whether there is any dirt in the box of the aseptic homogenizer, in order to prevent common failures and damage to the homogenizer bag during work.

6), lumps, bone-like, ice-like substances and other hard and sharp chemicals are not suitable for the use of sterile homogenizers to prevent damage to the homogenizer bag.

7), the storage of sterile homogenizers and homogenizing bags should be protected from immediate direct sunlight, especially the homogenizing bags should be stored in areas without sunlight or ultraviolet rays to prevent Ageing.

8), when the amount is small, when it needs to be accelerated, when the homogeneous chemical fiber is relatively firm, the back knob can be used to adjust the interval between the flapping plate and the window to achieve stronger homogeneous effect. Pay attention to the adjusted spacing to prevent air strikes and other damage to the aseptic homogenizer.

The correct use of the sterile homogenizer is as follows:

1) Put the sample to be processed into a sterile homogeneous bag.

2) Open the door of the homogenizer (it can be fully opened), and clamp the opening of the sterile bag when closing the door of the homogenizer.

3), set the application program (such as slap speed, slap time, etc.), and perform slap homogenization work.

4) After the experiment, open the door of the homogenizer and take out the sample.

If the use of the sterile homogenizer does the above points, its service life and use effect can be greatly extended.
